Cancellation approval depends on the order's processing and fulfillment status. Requests submitted within 24 hours are not guaranteed if fulfillment has already started.

Order modifications and shipping address corrections may also be requested before fulfillment begins, subject to operational availability.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled through the standard cancellation process. Eligible items may instead be returned after delivery.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Dropfiltershop offers free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Our standard shipping schedule is:

  • Estimated Transit Time: 4–5 business days.

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–8 business days.

  • Daily Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable U.S. public holidays.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off are considered received for processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Shipping timelines may be affected by carrier delays, weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will provide any notices, cancellation options, or refunds required by law.

Dropfiltershop accepts eligible return requests within 30 business days after delivery.

To qualify for a standard return:

Our return arrangements include:
